Organization History & Structure;
1- The values of the WSC are derived from the principles of international human rights, social justice and equality, in accordance with the United Nations' agreements, conventions, and treaties. In particular, the WSC’s values and principals are encompassed in the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (1979), the international declaration on violence against women, the convention of the "Arab Women Forum- Aisha", and the " Right and Justice" proclamations which were issued by the "Arab Women Court". The centre's values also reflect the declarations in the official conventions, documents, and declarations regarding the consideration of women's rights part of human rights, and the integration of unalienable human rights in every aspect of life.

2- The WSC believes in social justice, equality, and non-discrimination basis of sex, race, religion, age, disability, class or ethnicity.

3- The WSC believes that any decisions made by the state, policies adopted, legislation passed, etc., should take into consideration the needs of women and girls.

4- The WSC firmly believes in individual rights to freedom of expression, diversity of thought and mutual respect in a society that respects the rule of law.

5- The WSC strongly believes in the potential capacities of women and the importance of expanding their access to education, employment and economic independence, developing their leadership skills, and enhancing their participation in political life and decision making

6- The WSC considers gender equality a pre-requisite to achieving social justice. Social justice should not be delayed for the sake of our political struggle as we believe that human development should be at the center of community developmental activities and the national struggle for independence

7- The WSC believes that women must be empowered in order to identify their own needs and rights, and thus struggle towards their achievement. We commit ourselves to making the unheard voices heard.

8- The WSC believes in the importance of integrating women and girls with disabilities in every program, through providing the means that contribute to achieving the integration.

9- Finally, and as a Palestinian organization, the WSC believes in our right to self determination, the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its Capital, and the right of return for all Palestinian refugees who were exiled from their homelands.
